What to Expect

We understand that attending a church for the first time during this pandemic can be an overwhelming experience. Here are some things you can expect when you are at St. Mark's.

The Service

The services are about 60 minutes long and you may want to come a little early to make sure you find good parking. The service will include some great music, a message that is relevant to your day-to-day life, and great people who look forward to getting to know you.

Where do I go?

When you come for a service, enter through the  (red) doors on the Washigton Avenue side of the building. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, bulletins will be placed i the pews and the available aisles for seating are clearly marked. If you have questions, there is usually someone close to the entrance available.  If you are joining one of our classes or small group studies during the educational hour, please enter through the glass doors – anyone will be glad to guide you in the right direction.

What should I wear?

Most people dress in casual or casual business attire for our services. We are more concerned about your inside than your outside, so dress how you feel comfortable and you will fit right in!

For Your Kids--unavailable due to Covid 19

They are welcome to join you for the worship service or we offer a safe and secure nursery area for infants through five years of age. Again, if you are joining us for the educational hour, we have classrooms for all ages.
