Join the Fun on Promise Island

Promise Island will last from Monday, June 18 thru Friday, June 22 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Join us for our Outdoor Movie Night on June 16th at 8:00 PM in the Church parking lot. The feature film will be ‘We Bought A Zoo’.

Bring your chair or blanket and enjoy an evening under the stars while munching on popcorn.

During Lent we discussed several ‘Good God Questions’. During May and June, we will discuss several more on Thursday nights at 7 pm in the Library.

We will begin on Thursday, May 17th and continue through June. feel free to attend one, two or all evevnings as each session will be self-contained discussions.

The topics and dates are as follows:

May 17th – What are bad answers to suffering?

May 24th – What are some personal answers to suffering?

June 7th – If I am forgiven, why will I be judged?

June 14th – What do we do with disturbing Biblical passages?

June 21st – What about my child who is baptized but doesn’t believe?

June 28th – What is the Trinity?
